- Before purchase our product, we will select a suitable model for you, offering you a reasonable solution. After delivery, we will arrange commissioning & maintenance. We will teach you the processing of handling the machine, help you reduce the unexpected risk.
- Make analysis and treatment of customer’s information (including guidance, part posting and serviceman’s visit) and reply customer within & hours normally.
- In case customer cannot use the machine regularly and the doorstep maintenance is needed, we’ll send seiviceman to the site within 24 hours and deal with trouble quickly. The company shall trace for the quality of service and make return visit to customer.
- Make summary and filling of after-sale service information once every week and feedback to concerned department in time.
- Make supervision and examination of service quality and attitude of serviceman.
